Sourdough Starter
Finally along my culinary adventure I have decided to make some
sourdough starter! I mixed together a little yeast, water and flour.
It’s been sitting on my counter and I’ve been “feeding” it for about a
week now. It’s starting to smell a little sour
and yeasty. I can’t wait to make sourdough bread and sourdough
pancakes…but what else should I make?? Got any good sourdough recipes?
